A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROFESSIONAL WEBSITE OWNER
SETTING THE STAGE
Take a moment to picture yourself as a business owner and what a typical day may consist of. You probably want to know the things you’ll need to do on a daily basis. Well, let’s see if we can paint that picture for you.
It’s morning and you’ve just finished your cappuccino, croissant and fruit. You’ve caught up on the daily news portals you love to browse and read some information on the latest search engine optimization techniques. What’s next?
As a ABUSINESS owner, many things don’t need to be done on a time schedule which allows you to have flexibility during the day for other things. Very nice, right?!
You may be able to fit in something fun today. Let’s see what that might be…sightseeing some ancient ruins, taking the children for play in the park and ice cream, going to the fitness center for a yoga class…you get the picture.
While you’re going to have more flexibility to plan your day to include fun, there are some important things that you’ll need to ensure you have completed to make sure you stay on the right track. First of all is that no matter what business you own, or wish to own. It must have a strong online presence and you must have direct sales or conversions. Period! In the roaring 20’s and for the foreseeable future, nothing else matters. We’ll cover all of this more below.
5 PRIMARY GOALS IN RUNNING A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS WITH A STRONG ONLINE REAL ESTATE PROPERTY
Being a successful business owner, you need to have a calendar to keep things from falling through the cracks. You know that there are certain activities that must be done continually in order to have a vital website online representing your business and to maintain a successful business. Processing transactions, servicing customers, updating the website, monitoring key performance indicators, and building traffic are the primary activities necessary to your path to business success.
Of all these, only processing transactions needs to be done during a specific time frame each day. For the other activities, you many need to do some daily, every other day, or a couple of times a week.
You know your business and you have created a schedule that works for you. Did we mention that it includes flexibility to do your “other life” things too?
We’ll continue to break down a typical day even further and focus on each primary goal in more detail.
