Given the nature of digital content that is not a handheld, or hard 3 dimensional object, there is no returnable / resalable product. Which means all sales are final, once your product has been delivered. There is no way to “return” it, in which you the buyer, would not still be able to retain a copy of the product. As such refunds cannot be provided unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment.
In such a case a pro rata refund will be provided for any whole unused months, which you acknowledge before purchasing any product on the website and before delivery. Please make sure you have carefully read the service description before making a purchase. In addition, no refunds will be given if your access to private hosting has been revoked or terminated in any way, by that provider.
Renewals will not be refunded.
All websites are delivered “as is”.
Refund requests for Monthly / Yearly or lifetime Membership Plans will not be entertained by any means, if any product has already been delivered / used.
We will assess refund requests for services and other products that are not finished or delivered yet such as websites… on their merits, but generally, there is no obligation for us to provide a refund if:
- you have changed your mind;
- you subscribed or purchased an item by mistake;
- you ask for goodwill;
- you lack the technical ability to make the item work;
- you can no longer download the item because it has been removed from our website;
- you are in breach of our fair play policy.
In the event that a refund is warranted and none of the above policy is applicable. Any and ALL refunds are processed on the 5th of the following month, no exceptions. This due to the nature of our business, the sales of digital products and as such, our commensurate bookkeeping of such transactions.
